KH RELEVANT PERMISSIONS

ANYWAY
So, the Lingering Will has that nifty sense for hearts a lot of the more badass parts of KH Cast are packing, right?
Except his is rather wonky, following canon evidence, and the darkness-light measure of it is pretty much completely skewed, at least until he's had time to mentally unskew it.
However, there is something that IS relevant that I noticed cropped up a lot in my OOC intro -
Basically, what I would like to be noted is who all he would be getting ridiculous identity pings about from your character, and to what extent?
